Investing in commercial real estate since 1964.
Donald L. Bendetti establishes Pacific Land Company to develop industrial properties. John Barr joins three years later and becomes partner.
Pacific Land completes the final building of its first large-scale development, Garfield Industrial Center, consisting of 22 buildings totaling approximately 575,000 square feet.
Pacific Land completes the final phase of the 1.3 million square foot Cerritos Industrial Park, which is considered at that time the largest industrial park in the greater Los Angeles area.
Pacific Land changes its name to The Bendetti Company. Robert D. Bendetti joins the company and two years later becomes president.
The Bendetti Company reaches 3 million square feet developed after finishing construction of the Airport Distribution Center in Ontario, California.
With the recent additions of 650,000 square feet of industrial acquisitions, the portfolio, either developed or acquired, grows to over 3.6 million square feet.
The Bendetti Company reaches over 4 million square feet of industrial properties either developed or acquired after the purchase of Valley View Business Park in Las Vegas, NV.
The Bendetti Company has been a part of the development or acquisition of over 5 million square feet of industrial real estate.
